How can I obtain copies of the observation reports for the court?

Submit your request in writing and allow the program two weeks to prepare the documents for you. When a party requests copies of the observation reports, it is our policy to provide the reports to the other party
at the same time (with cost to be paid by both parties).
Please note that our program will not take responsibility for mailing or delivering the observation reports. It is the responsibility of clients or their lawyers to make arrangements for pick-ups.

Yes, there is $50 administration fee, plus the cost of photocopying, which is $1 per observation form. For example, if you request copies of the reports after 6 visits with our program, your total fee would be $56 ($50 administration fee, plus $6 for six observation forms).

Only if it is court ordered or agreed upon by both lawyers for valid reasons. In this situation, parties or their lawyers are required to pay an administration fee of $50 prior to receiving the first report and $11 for each report requested thereafter

No. Only the parties involved with our program, legal counsels, the courts and the office of the Children’s Lawyer can obtain copies of the observation reports. Requests made by other parties who are not on the list will be discussed and reviewed by the board of directors.
