How to obtain copies of the observation reports

Submit your request in writing and allow two weeks for us to prepare the documents. Only parties involved with our program, their legal counsels, the courts, the police, the OCL, and the CAS can receive copies of the observation reports. Please be advised that the fee for these reports is a $50 administration fee, plus the cost of photocopying, which is $1 per observation form. 

How to make your payment

Payments for observation reports must be sent prior to receiving the reports or can be sent with the courier who picks up the reports. We will accept cash or a cheque payable to Access for Parents and Children in Ontario. Please note that it is your responsibility to send a courier or make other arrangements to pick up the reports. Our program will not send or fax the information to you.
