If a client is on bail and the bail condition states that the party should not have direct or indirect access to the child or the custodial party, then we will not be able to provide services. The wording of the bail condition would need to be changed or an extra phrase added to say: “parties should not have direct and indirect contact except for the purpose of the supervised visits and access arrangement”.
